400g chicken breast (cut in 3 thin slices)
Make some cuts in them
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp garlic powder/granules
1 tsp onion powder/granules
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
Mix everything. Coat the Chicken very well. Cover the rack of air fryer with baking paper. Air fry the chicken at 200ºC for 15 minutes then flip and air fry for another 5 minutes.
Make the glaze by mixing:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder/granules
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp cream
Brush it on cookee chicken and air fryer for another 2 minutes at 200ºC.
