Ingredients

25ml/1fl oz vanilla vodka
25ml/1fl oz almond liqueur
25ml/1oz Irish cream liqueur
50ml/2fl oz double cream
pinch freshly grated nutmeg, to serve


Method


1. Pour the vanilla vodka, almond liqueur, Irish cream liqueur and double
cream into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. To serve, strain the mixture into a Martini glass. Sprinkle over the
grated nutmeg.
