10 chicken thighs
1/4 cup veg oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/tsp garlic powder
1/tsp salt
1/2 cup light soy
1. Soak chicken in salted water, 30 mins.
2. Pat dry and place in roasting dish - should be a firm fit, touching each other.
3. Mix rest of ingredients, pour over and marinade, 20m.
4. Bake 190/180 for ~45 mins/check with meat thermometer.
