Tuna Mousse

Actually found this online at the heinztoyou website. It looks pretty close to the one that Mum makes

Tuna Mousse

Ingredients:
1 can Tuna Chunks in Oil or brine
2 Eggs, beaten
½ pint Milk
4oz (113g) Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt & freshly Grated Black Pepper

I also put VERY finely chopped celery and onion in mine.


Preparation:
Preheat oven to 150ºC.
Mash the Tuna.
Add the beaten Eggs, Milk, grated Cheese and Mayonnaise.
Mix thoroughly and season to taste.
Spoon into an ovenproof dish or individual ramekins.
Bake in the oven until set (about 1 hour).
Cool and serve chilled.
