3 tbs honey
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs sugar
3 tbs vinegar
1 tbs sherry, sake, mirin, etc
5 floz chicken stock
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Can't remember the temperature for the oven, but it's fairly low. These benefit from being baked in the marinade for an hour or so to tenderise and absorb the flavours then frazzled on the bbq or grill to crisp up and blacken the cover.
